Angela Michelle Giovannini

Carlisle, Cumbria, England based Little Greene Yoga Foundation Years (3-8yrs) Kids Yoga Instructor

Angela came to yoga in 2012 looking for ways to relax from a very stressful job as a barrister. She found that yoga provided a wonderful way to get relief from stress and started practising yoga regularly at a Yoga Studio in Carlisle. Her love of yoga grew as she tried many forms of yoga including hot yoga, dynamic, ashtanga, restorative, aerial and yin yoga. She continues to practice these various forms of yoga on a daily basis.

As Angela loves the practice of pranayama and meditation, and the feeling of relaxing that accompanies this practice, she incorporates this into the classes she teaches.

In 2016 Angela successfully passed her  200 hours yoga teacher training. She is an accredited Yoga Alliance instructor.

In February 2017, Angela  added qualified kids yoga instructor to her title having successfully completed the Little Greene Yoga Foundation course to teach children aged 3-8 years.

Angela plans to train further with Little Greene Yoga to qualify to teach older children aged 8-12years. She also intends to complete her aerial yoga teacher training in the near future.

In January 2017 Angela commenced teaching yoga to children, in schools. The children have responded really well and look forward to their weekly yoga sessions. Angela believes that the health and wellbeing of our children is an absolute priority and feels yoga can play a huge part in this process.
